COVID-19 Vaccine: How to Make the Best Decision for Your Body

Updated: Mar 3, 2022

Should you vaccinate? What to consider in your COVID-19 vaccination decision: learn about the ingredient lists, see how the vaccines were engineered, how the technology works, and what it means for your body.

Let me first introduce myself as neither pro-vax or anti-vax, necessarily. That said, I do cautiously analyze vax data to determine the risks verses the benefits.

It has been difficult to gain the full scope of truth about the COVID-19 vax simply because it is so highly politicalized, coupled with the fact that we are still learning about the vax since it is still in its infancy and vaccines are typically tested for 10-15 years.

Considering the pro-vax argument

The top reason I hear pro-vaxxers argue for the vaccine is for the humanitarian aspect of protecting others. If this were factual, I may consider the personal risks with more gravity, but the COVID-19 vaccine does not block infection or transmission of COVID. In July 2021 the CDC released a new report showing that vaccinated people can become infected with COVID and can carry detectable viral loads similar to those who are unvaccinated. This, they state, means that "a fully vaccinated person who experiences a breakthrough infection can spread the virus just as much as an unvaccinated person."1

Considering natural immunity

That being said, as a Holistic Nutritionist, I do not believe the personal risk of this vax is in one's best interest (as outlined below). I also believe in the power of the natural immune system first and foremost, and our body's natural ability to heal and protect itself. Our immune system is our most reliable source, and while it may not always seem perfect, if we nurture ourselves it comes with far more benefits and far fewer side effects than what the pharma cartel produces with laboratory engineered drugs full of fillers, stabilizers, and risky side effects. In fact, the Mayo Clinic states that “those who survived the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic were later immune to infection with the H1N1 flu.”2 This goes to show our natural immunity and antibodies have the ability to last a lifetime!

In my previous blogs, I've outlined numerous simple strategies that can be implemented on a daily basis to improve your immune system. According to a large recent study in Israel, researchers found that subjects had the best protection from their very own immune system.3 While natural prevention is my first choice all day every day, with the recent news of the vaccine mandate, I realize there are many people faced with the decision of becoming vaccinated.

If you are considering a vaccine or you have already been vaccinated it's important to be informed (keep reading).

I've spent countless hours scouring the existing literature, studies, claims, whistleblowers, company statements, MSDS fact sheets, fact checkers, etc. to provide a comprehensive source that outlines all the factors that I believe should be considered with great heed.

Regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, it has been our leader's guidance to "follow the science", and if you actually do this, you'll see the science is divided.

For every study you find that comes to one conclusion, you'll find a different study that comes to a conflicting conclusion.

This brings me to my first point that should be considered: science does not yet know enough to be claiming that they do. This speaks to the importance of long-term safety studies. So does it make sense to inject your body with this experimental gene therapy? Despite your answer, it is your constitutional and God-given right to decide this for yourself.

Science does not yet know enough to be claiming that they do

With that, let me introduce the scientist Dr. Michael Yeadon, a 17-year Pfizer veteran, who left the company (England) in 2010 due to the closure of his program in the Allergy & Respiratory Diseases department. He since cofounded his own biotech company and currently speaks out on behalf of the anti-vax community taking a strong stance against the COVID-19 vaccines and what leadership has told the public about COVID.4

The people advising my government and yours are clever. They’re actually lying and their objective in lying is to frighten people to accept these really strange gene-based vaccines.

-Dr. Michael Yeadon, Former Vice President at Pfizer

Dr. Yeadon goes on to say the lies we're being told include:

  1. COVID is a novel virus (It's not, it’s similar to six other coronaviruses)5

  2. There is no immunity (there is)6

  3. It’s unusually lethal (it’s not)7

  4. There are no treatments other than the vaccine (there are)8

  5. Masks work (they don’t)9,10

  6. Lock downs work (they don’t)

  7. The vaccines are vaccines (they are gene therapy)11

While Dr. Yeadon has a very interesting vantage point to consider, it's imperative to dig deeper into the research and literature.

Now, let‘s look at the actual vaccines.

Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna

There are many fundamental similarities between the Pfizer (recently FDA rush-approved) and Moderna (unapproved) vaccines, so I will lump them together as I speak to their commonalities before outlining their differences.

They use cell lines from an aborted fetus

For your ethical consideration, Pfizer and Moderna are proud to say they do not manufacture their vaccine with the use of fetal cell lines.

That being said, they don't like to talk about how the aborted fetal cell lines were used in the testing and development of the vaccine.

In both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, aborted fetal cell lines from HEK-293 (aborted fetal kidney cell lines) were used for “proof of concept” to demonstrate how a cell could take up mRNA and produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.12

There is ample ethical and moral debate surrounding this topic, but the bottom line is that it should be your ethical and moral decision to make, not the government's. This is a fundamental right of freedom.

They are not vaccines

Typically, vaccines include a version of the respective virus or causative agent that it is protecting against, but the COVID-19 vaccines do not. Interestingly, by definition, the COVID-19 "vaccines" are not even vaccines at all. They are considered "gene therapy", as they actually manipulate your genes.13

This is an important piece of language to understand, not only because it's not been sufficiently tested, but also because it gives credence to what Dr. Yeadon presented in his concerns outlined above.

COVID-19 vaccines are not even vaccines at all. They are considered gene therapy, as they actually manipulate your genes.

Despite this extremely important differentiator, I’ll continue to use the publicized nomenclature for ease of read.

Understanding the active ingredient: mRNA

Moderna and Pfizer’s vaccines both utilize a "new innovative technology" which utilizes synthetic messenger RNA (mRNA) as the active ingredient. Theoretically, once injected, the synthetic mRNA transports to your DNA and sends a message to your cells to create a spike protein that your body will then recognize as an invader in order to elicit an immune reaction, which ultimately helps produce the antibodies that protect against the virus.14

What does this mean? The synthetic mRNA is an experimental technology that has never been approved for use in a prior vaccine or drug and has never undergone long-term testing (you'll be the test rat in this experiment).

The spike protein has a biologically toxic effect

In fact, the spike protein is a bioactive cytotoxin that the FDA has been warned about. The makers of the mRNA vaccines, including biologist Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine core platform technology, said the spike protein that the vaccine instructs your cells to make has the potential to be extremely dangerous. The FDA dismissed these concerns, saying they did not believe the spike protein was biologically active. Besides, the vaccine makers specifically designed the injections so that the spike protein would stick and not float around freely.15

Turns out they were wrong. It’s been well-documented that, indeed, the spike protein does get free, and that it is biologically active and can cause severe problems, some of which we know and some of which we do not know yet.16

The government is not being transparent with us about what the risks are...People have the right to decide whether to have the vaccine or not. Especially since these are experimental vaccines.17

-Dr. Robert Malone, Biologist, inventor of mRNA and DNA vaccine technology

The spike protein that your body creates mimics the spike protein that gives the Sars-CoV-2 the spikey ball look as seen in the picture above.

Does it matter how the mRNA get to the DNA?

I'm glad you asked. The answer is an emphatic YES!

Because mRNA is easily broken down, the synthetic mRNA needs to be encased in a special envelope to make it‘s delivery to the body’s cells.

Welcome to the highly controversial use of nanotechnology. We just do not know enough about nanotechnology and how it behaves uniquely in every human individual as it is dependent on numerous factors regarding the individual's unique biology.18

Nanotechnology

Moderna and Pfizer use lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) containing polyethylene glycol (PEG). The mRNA is enclosed in the LNPs that deliver it to the body's cells, and the LNPs are then “PEGylated” or attached to PEG molecules for stability.19

Think of it this way: you place an important letter (mRNA) into a protective envelope with an address (LNP) to ensure its safe delivery to its destination (cells).

This experimental mRNA gene therapy and its LNP-based delivery system has never been approved for use in a vaccine or drug.20 Moderna admits to the danger in their science:

Gene therapies and mRNA based medicines may activate one or more immune responses against any and all components of the drug product (e.g., the mRNA or the delivery vehicle, such as a lipid nanoparticle (LNP)) as well as against the encoded protein, giving rise to potential immune reaction related adverse events.21

What does this mean? LNPs have the ability to enter your brain because they can slide past the blood brain barrier and “reach the target site due to their small size and ability to dodge the reticular endothelial system.”22

This is a dangerous technology because we don't yet know enough about it. We do know that it's been linked to neurological disorders, and according to a STAT report, this technology was "abandoned" due to "nasty side effects" and "troubling safety concerns".23

It seems as though the neurological side effects are often neglected when scientists and pharmacologists asses drugs. This is partly due to the fact that we still don't entirely understand the complexities of the brain and its special immune system, known as the microglia, that operates uniquely.24

And according to Moderna, it "never proved safe enough to test in humans".25

… mRNA is a tricky technology. Several major pharmaceutical companies have tried and abandoned the idea, struggling to get mRNA into cells without triggering nasty side effects … The indefinite delay on the Crigler-Najjar project signals persistent and troubling safety concerns for any mRNA treatment that needs to be delivered in multiple doses.26

What about fertility and pregnancy?

There is a lot of conflicting data on this topic.

Why? We simply do not know enough about this technology to definitively answer this question. That is why the directives are constantly changing. And this is why drug safety is typically tested over long spans of time.

Conflicting guidance and directives around COVID-19 vaccine safety highlights the crucial need for long-term testing

But there is enough doubt and enough to question its safety to err on the side of caution. A petition to the European Medicine Agency also called for a halt to Phase 3 clinical trials of the mRNA vaccine because there was concern about adverse reactions in a woman’s immune system that enables the possibility she could become infertile.27

Johnson & Johnson Jannsen

The alternative to the mRNA vaccines is the J&J vaccine. Like Moderna, J&J is currently unapproved. In fact, they recently paused testing due to safety concerns regarding life-threatening blood clots.28

Unlike the mRNA vaccines which require two doses, the J&J requires only one dose. It is reported to be 66% effective and proves to be just as risky as the mRNA vaccines.

They also use cell lines from an aborted fetus

J&J also requires the use of fetal cells in their vaccine. They use PER.C6, a retinal fetal cell line from an aborted fetus in order to produce and manufacture the vaccine.29

It is also not a vaccine

The J&J is also not actually a vaccine, it is also considered gene-therapy.

Understanding the active ingredient: Adenovirus 26

The J&J uses a type of “replication-incompetent vector vaccine" that contains genetic instructions to create a spike protein, but instead of using mRNA, these instructions are delivered via DNA stored inside a modified vector virus (Adenovirus 26).

This adenovirus is genetically engineered to enter the human cells and deliver the desired genetic information. Once inside the cells, the DNA encoding for the coronavirus spike protein can be read by the cell and transcribed into mRNA.

At this point, the J&J vaccine acts similarly to the mRNA vaccines.

Bottom line

The bottom line is that the decision to vaccinate yourself or to allow science to manipulate your genes should be your decision, and full disclosure of the pros and cons of each drug should be widely available and presented to you as you make this very personal decision that has the ability to affect your life as well as your offspring.

If you do have the option and the will to remain unvaccinated, do not falter, it is your God-given right to do so.

Either way, it is always in your best interest to keep your immune system prepared at all times. Read more about my top immune boosting tips
